Section 16
Provisions related to non-resident Nepali association
(1) Regardless of what is written in the current law, non-resident Nepalis may open a non-resident Nepali association within Nepal for the purpose of enhancing mutual cooperation and harmony among non-resident Nepalis.
(2) The registration and other arrangements of the non-residential Nepali Association shall be as prescribed.
